A little behind I guess. I mentioned a time or two ago that I tend to blog by sports seasons, and basketball started Nov.1. It's still going strong so actually I'm not that far behind, right? We've got four ballers so life is pretty busy and I'm making good use of my stadium seat.
I mostly have pics of Cooper because of the professional shots they take at some of the high school games.
These sweet sisters were all pink at church so I had to sneak a litle shot.
Rosie as Moses I think. Makes me think of that song from "singin in the rain". (Moses supposes...his toeses...are roses...)I took some winter portraits of the kids over Thanksgiving break. So fun!
Look at the pure joy on that face! He was blowing snow at me.
Love the faces in this picture, too. The boys were having too much fun batting at Macy's bun.
We had a silly basket of prizes for winning games. A pack of moustaches was won by someone, but to our surprise it was Rosie thought it was the funniest thing ever.
Rosie helped gather leaves and made placecards for everyone.
Rented some fun toys so the family could all be out in the snow at the same time.
This is my new nephew Jeddy, who was a miracle adoption baby for my sister Brooke and her hubby Jared. He was in the NICU in Salt Lake for awhile, so I got to go be the extra visitor a couple of times.
Over Christmas break several families from our neighborhood went tubing together at Soldier Hollow. It was a great time and perfect weather for it.
Rosie had fun building dollhouse structures out of the packages under the tree.
Cooper was happy to get any presents at all since we told him not to expect anything since he "graduated" to a smart phone in time for basketball season.
All I can say is, these kids should be grateful for Mom, Dad, and Black Friday.
Leslie and Cole were unexpected visitors after their flights to Oregon were postponed. They had a crazy holiday break trying to get to Oregon and Texas amidst all the cancellations.
We helped feed their kitties while they were gone. Rosie LOVED this part of the break. The tangle of red and yellow in the picture are some coils made out of pipe cleaners that she made for the cats for their present.
I love that my teenagers come and want to talk to me after bedtime, and that they gravitate to the foot of the bed, just like when they were little.
Macy has improved in her basketball skills this year and enjoys being the "big ugly". (Center.)
PS. Rosie did not enjoy carrying out the litter box trash. I sent this picture to Cole, and he said, "That's a brave soul right there!" True dat.
Cooper's coach has a play called "Jackie" for Jackie Robinson. Not sure what the play is, but love the name.

I love His name, too.
Rosie wanted me to take a picture of her black and white outfit she figured out.
She came to a lunch with me and a friend at a new pizza place. The manager gave her this rainbow cookie, straight out of the oven and told us she was the first one to try their cookies ever. I was really glad that she took a bite and told him it was good, because that could have been a train wreck, haha.
I learned how to knit so that I could make a replacement for her favorite blanket. Now she has two. Yippee. She says the new one doesn't smell the same, ugh.
Also have been learning to draw. I'm really happy with this portrait of my sweet mama.
This picture should have a caption, but it was just Luke being random.
My Mom came to stay with the kiddos so Mark and I could use our flight credits to go somewhere warm.
Maui looks good on Mark.
This was a fun Sunday picnic at the top of the world, on the way to watch the sunset on Haleakala. The drive felt like being on an airplane we were so high above the clouds.
Boston went to the Sweethearts' Ball with our beautiful neighbor Juliettte.
Luke had a great basketball season and was a lot of fun to watch.
Rosie was super excited for Grandma to come and bake "the softest white bread" since last time she was here she had bought her a cute little mini breadpan.
Macy and her friend on the ice rink.
